Loan Modifications

As many of you might have heard by now, lenders are more willing than ever to modify mortgages for homeowners. Are you "upside down" on your mortgage, behind on your payments or facing foreclosure? I am now offering a service to assist homeowners in obtaining a modification on their home loans. My focus is on helping the homeowner keep the home, and I work with a team of people to provide multiple solutions to the issues facing homeowners. Foreclosure is NOT your only option! If you or someone you know needs help, please contact me.

Before you pay someone to help you, be advised that lenders will modify loans for free and you can request a modification yourself. Read more about how to modify your loan on my blog: www.ChristineSpringerOnline.com.

If you need assistance with LLC’s, corporations, minutes, resolutions, minority/women owned business certifications, loan modifications or help fighting a traffic ticket, drop me an e-mail at Christine@DesertEdgeLegal.com or call me at 602-350-2151.

Until next month,

Christine

Scottsdale Traffic Tickets

Many of you have asked me about the tickets I received in Scottsdale.

I went to court on October 15 and was partially successful. The judge dismissed my unsafe lane change ticket and reduced the fine on the speeding ticket.

Despite the judge's dismissal, the police officer who lost in court REFILED the charges and mailed me a certified copy of the ticket two days later.

On Thursday night, ABC 15 did a two minute segment on this story. Click here to watch the video.

Let me know what you think!
