Hello everyone, I hope you're doing well!

I just announced two new classes on LinkedIn for April.
The class is called LinkedIn Advanced and is for those of
you who have your profiles set up and are ready to increase your
online exposure. You can check out the class schedule, register

I'm also working with Jasper Blake and Tom Hinchey
(www.hincheystudios.com) on a new seminar called "Social Media
Idol," (funny name, fun game!) where we're going to play a game
that will help you "flip the switch" and start looking at
marketing in a whole new way. You can view the schedule and

In May I'll be offering a Twitter class! Stay tuned for
more details on that -- I'm really excited about this class.

My legal business continues to do well. I'm now working with
homeowner clients directly with loan audits. This means I can
review your loan documents and tell you if your lender violated
the law when they closed your loan. A loan audit is a good way to
gain some leverage if you want a substantive loan modification.

I'm branching out to work with several new attorneys to help
homeowners, so if you have questions, need help or know someone
who does, please don't hesitate to call me.

Finally, I'm working on scheduling a free event to educate
homeowners on the subject of loan modifications. I'll let you
all know when it's scheduled.
